Yoga can be a fantastic tool to support you to find more energy, a peaceful mind and well-being. It can help you find flexibility and many other great things such as focus, core, responsiveness, balance in mind, body and spirit. Yoga means to ”yoke” and in the practice we integrate; we unite - body, mind and spirit. In other words yoga can help us to transform; through practice we will find our posture and our breaths which are the entrance to bring balance and peace in both body and mind. Breathing (pranayama) and meditation are great tools to create inner peace and tranquility.
